If you are using a security software to protect your internet connection, you must add iMazing to its allowlist so it can connect to via HTTPS on port 443. If you’re using iMazing at home, you may need to add the above domain to the allowlist in your firewall or configure the proxy in iMazing. If you’re using iMazing on a computer connected to an enterprise network, you may have to ask your system administrator to allow for the HTTPS/SSL port 443 and eventually configure your enterprise proxy in iMazing Preferences > Network. If you are using a firewall, proxy or VPN, make sure to add to the allowlist and let iMazing connect to its licensing server. IMazing’s latest version uses a new licensing server.
